Viver a vida é uma arte.
Curtir cada momento, saber lidar com as dificuldades, aproveitar os dias bons, ser feliz estando triste, buscar realizações, saber viver cada fase…
A vida é feita de três momentos: o futuro, o presente e o passado.
Todos nós temos dificuldades na vida por causa de algum destes três âmbitos.
Ao ler esta reflexão, tente encontrar aonde você se encaixa mais, para que Deus possa te mostrar como caminhar para que você seja uma pessoa cheia de prazer em viver.
Algumas pessoas que têm dificuldade de lidar com o futuro. A ansiedade e falta de perspectiva fazem com que você sempre sonhe e nunca alcance. Você sente insegurança em encarar o futuro, pois ele é uma incógnita gigante e uma inquietação constante.
Outros têm maior dificuldade de lidar com o presente. A rotina do dia-a-dia te sufoca, e você se questiona incansavelmente sobre a razão de sua vida. Sempre preocupado com os problemas e dificuldades que vêm, você não consegue curtir a beleza da vida.
Por fim, têm aqueles que lutam para lidar com o passado. Você tende a remoer seus erros e amplificar os momentos já vividos. Sem conseguir esquecer as marcas do passado – boas e ruins – você tem dificuldade de superar o passado e viver coisas novas.
E aí, já se identificou com algum destes três?
Apesar de termos um pouco de todos, cada um de nós tende para algum desses conflitos. Por exemplo, se você é um jovem estudando para entrar em uma faculdade, é bem provável que sua luta seja em descansar quanto ao seu futuro. Se você está trabalhando para se sustentar, sua luta pode ser a de conseguir viver uma vida feliz, sem se preocupar excessivamente com as dificuldades de cada dia. E se você viveu coisas incríveis, mas não está vivendo nem perto do que já foi, você pode estar preso no passado, sem conseguir se livrar para viver coisas melhores.
Se seu problema tem sido lidar com o futuro, tenho algo a te dizer.
As coisas mais lindas da vida não são planejadas e nem esperadas. Viva a cada dia como se fosse o último, e faça um esforço para amar seus queridos e curtir a vida. E mais importante que tudo, confie em Deus. Não andem ansiosos por coisa alguma, realmente não vale a pena.
Se sua dificuldade tem sido lidar com o presente, também tenho algo a dizer.
Talvez você precise de férias, ou de sair com os amigos. Até Deus descansou, depois de seis dias de trabalho. Mas talvez você precise de uma pequena mudança na mentalidade: a vida não é só feita do que acontece conosco, mas do que nós fazemos acontecer. Busque a Deus, e você verá sua motivação aumentando e sua visão mudando.
Se sua luta é superar o passado, essas são algumas situações que você pode ter vivido:
1. O passado é um fantasma. Você passou por algo traumático, que define sua personalidade e te faz sofrer. Você não consegue esquecer, e mesmo que não pense mais sobre isso, suas atitudes refletem o trauma que isso gerou em você.
2. O paraíso está no passado. Você namorou alguém muito incrível, ou teve amigos inseparáveis, ou amou muito a Deus, e agora nada disso existe mais. Você quer sempre voltar no tempo e viver no passado, e está preso ao que já foi.
3. O passado é um inferno. Suas decisões trouxeram você para onde você está agora, e te fazem sofrer. Você errou, e se culpa por isso. Você sempre pensa, ‘se eu tivesse feito diferente…’, e isso é uma âncora que te impede de viver.
Se você tem vivido por alguma dessas dificuldades, há uma saída simples e real: deixe o passado no passado, e não alimente o que já foi.
Não diga: ‘por que os dias do passado foram melhores que os de hoje?’ Pois não é sábio fazer esse tipo de pergunta. (Eclesiastes 7:10)
Entregue seu caminho ao Senhor, confia nele, e ele agirá. (Salmos 37:5)
Não segure o passado. Deixe-o ir.
Seja qual for sua luta, se lance aos pés da cruz. Este é o lugar aonde você pode descansar e vencer qualquer coisa que possa estar te impedindo de viver.
E depois de um bom tempo refletindo nessas coisas, cheguei a uma conclusão. Para viver a vida e ser feliz, a melhor solução é:
Viva o melhor do presente, abra mão do passado e deixe o futuro nas mãos de Deus.

Nossa… tenho que confessar que esse texto muito falou comigo.
Muitas vezes me sinto presa ao passado, por coisas que aconteceram onde eu deveria ter agido diferente, isso sempre me faz sofrer… A medida que o presente também me sufoca (são tantas coisas e tão pouco tempo para fazê-las) e o futuro parece querer me engolir.
Mas sei que Deus está no comando e tenho aprendido a descansar em Deus… E aproveitar a oportunidade que Deus tem me dado todos os dias de viver e ser feliz
Nosso Deus é realmente especial!
